Turkey stopped servicing and refueling more than two dozen Boeing and Airbus planes used by airlines from Russia and Belarus.

The Ministry of Customs and Trade of Turkey took such a decision after receiving a letter from the U.S. Department of Commerce. The list of companies the restrictions were applied to includes Aeroflot, S7 Airlines, Utair, AZUR Air, Pegas Fly, Rossiya, Yamal, and Belavia.

Refueling and related services will be prohibited for private, cargo, commercial, charter aircraft, as well as aircraft with more than 25% of components made in the United States and destined for Russia and Belarus.
