Alexei Arestovich confirmed that the Ukrainian and Russian delegations agreed on humanitarian aid to cities that have been encircled
"There was an understanding on humanitarian aid or 'humanitarian corridors' to the encircled cities. In Ukraine, these are cities that suffer from the very Russian invasion. This is very good, because the safety of civilians is the number one topic for the world...," Arestovich said.
"Despite the importance of this information, we understand who we are dealing with. And even humanitarian convoys need to be secured. That's why this information will be provided online when it is already happening. Until then, let's still hold on to it, except for the general message that it has to take place," Arestovich said.
