United States Expanded Sanctions Against Russia Amid Annexation of Ukrainian Territories

The United States has imposed new sanctions against hundreds of Russians and organizations, in particular, members of the State Duma and the Federation Council, as well as relatives of officials.

Such decisions were taken after Russia’s announcement of the illegal annexation of four regions of Ukraine.
