World of Warcraft: Shadowlands Review

World of Warcraft: Shadowlands events started after the defeat of N.Zoth when the inhabitants of Azeroth faced a more severe problem. Sylvanas Windrunner opened the way to the afterlife, thereby upsetting the balance of the Shadowlands. The Arbiter, who distributes the souls of the dead by their deeds, is out of order. The deceased are now sent directly to eternal torment in the Womb, the darkest place from which there is no way out.

Drought has begun in other areas of the Shadowlands. The souls, which the Arbiter had previously distributed among the zones, carried the Anima. Now the whole Anima is in the hands of the Jailer - an angry prisoner of the Maw, who wants to turn Azeroth into a huge graveyard because the more he dies, the more power he and his army will acquire. Sylvanas herself fled to the underworld, taking with her essential characters for the Alliance and Horde.

Fans of World of Warcraft will have to deal with these troubles.

Also, the new chapter of World of Warcraft cannot be without a new dungeon. Torgast is a dungeon with new mechanics. It can be passed alone or in a group, and as players progress, they can choose new abilities or useful enhancements.

Even with the supplement's release, the covenants appeared in the game — mysterious sects, each with its plans for the Dark Lands' future.

And when the character reaches the maximum level, a player has to choose which Covenant to join and which abilities to keep forever. The Covenant can be changed, but Blizzard argues that it is not easy and asks to be responsible when choosing.
